Last week(s) happenings (Turku etc.)

Hello everyone (as usual)! :)   In this post I'm going to write something about last weeks and what has happened during them. 

 At 4th July (Friday)  I was in bigger city with my friends because we wanted to play disc golf somewhere else than in our hometown. But in the same evening I got high temperature that lasted to next week's Thursday and furthermore I got horrible headache on Saturday, 5th July. On next week's Wednesday I went to local health center to find out which disease I have. They did some tests but weren't sure what it was so they sent me to hospital which is located in bigger city where I was last week's Friday. That trip lasted around 7 hours and in the hospital they find out that I have epidemic nephropathy that doesn't have any remedy. Luckily I had neither headache nor high temperature on Friday when I went to Turku with my family. We were there from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. First evening we went to museum where was constitutions of old houses of Turku on the cellar. It was very interesting place!  :)

We visited in place, where they had saved old houses from Turku 1827 conflagration. Nowadays it's such a great outdoor museum where they show how people lived in last decades.

FOOD~ (I was starving already then)

Then I went to hotel with my dad because both of us were I bit tired so we sleeped for a moment.

Then we went by river Aura again to a cafe where I ate this wonderful lingonberry bundt cake. It tased delicious!

Saturday evening we went to hotel's restaurant because all of us were too tired to look for another restaurant. 

I ate spicy pasta and this is my dessert. It was a pie filled with berries :)

Last morning we went to Turku's castle. It was very interesting place also!

Then we drove back home even though the temperature was about 30 degrees and our car was first like a sauna :P

And then back home. On Wednesday I visited in local health center again for past-disease-check and got results yesterday. I didn't have disease anymore and today I was visiting in bigger city again because I need to visit in bank etc.

Hello everyone, it's been  a while since my last post here. Unfortunately I almost lost all my motivation to do things like doing my homework and reading for language course's vocabulary tests. But now this semester's hardest term is over and there's only two weeks (8 schooldays for me) left before the summer holiday.

 

As I mentioned above, my summer holiday is almost here ;)  Weather conditions here have been kinda weird last weeks but today it's been sunny and temperature has been around 19 degrees since morning ;)

Viiko 41: Viimeinen viikko ennen lomaa / Week 41: Last week before holiday

Tämä viikko on mennyt todella nopeasti, sillä koko ensi viikko on syyslomaa ja odottanut sitä jo kauan, koska olen sunnuntaista torstaihin Barcelonassa turistina. (:  Menen jo lauantaina Helsinkiin, koska olen perheeni kanssa hotellissa yötä vaikka joudumme heräämään neljältä yöllä koska lento lähtee 06:30 aamulla. Ja tällä kertaa emme tule yöllä takaisin Suomeen, vaan saavumme Helsinkiin jo alkuillasta. Se on oikeastaan vain hyvä asia, koska en pysty nukkumaan autossa :(

This week has gone very fast because whole next week is autumn holiday and I have waited it already so long because I'm in Barcelona from Sunday to Thursday as a tourist. (:  I'm already going to Helsinki on Saturday because I'm staying in hotel over night with my family even we have to wake up at four by night because the flight leaves at 06:30 in the morning. And at this time we are not coming back to Finland at night but we are arriving to Helsinki already in early evening. I think it's only a good thing because I can't sleep in car :(
